![]() | ![]() Information Drayton Manor Theme Park is situated in Drayton, near Tamworth, Staffordshire. The park was opened in the Easter of 1950 by George Bryan. He advertised the park as an "inland pleasure resort". The park was and still is family run, meaning the park has a friendly atmosphere. It has grown from a park with 2 shops and 3 rides into a themepark with over 100 rides and attractions. With old favourites such as the "Buffalo Coaster" and the newer scream machines such as "Apocalypse" and "Shockwave". And of course there's always the zoo if you feel like having some less intense fun. |
